Core Volunteers play an active, ongoing role in prevention, advocacy, education, and direct support—helping keep pets safe, supported, and at home whenever possible. PAACT (Pet & Animal Advocacy Care Team) is committed to strengthening the bond between pets and their people through compassionate, community-driven support. We empower pet owners with the education, resources, and advocacy needed to promote responsible, sustainable pet care by prioritizing early intervention and direct home-to-home rehoming solutions to reduce shelter intake. Through transparency, collaboration, and a deep respect for the unique connection between animals and the people who love them, we work to create a more connected, inclusive, and compassionate community where both pets and people can thrive.

As of January 2026, Care Closet donations can be dropped off during business hours at:
